Francisco Suarez

Francisco Suarez joined Datagration as Senior Vice President of Latin America and is responsible for Datagration’s business in the region. Francisco started his career as reservoir engineer at Elf Aquitaine in Colombia. Shortly after, he initiated his 19-year international career at Halliburton, serving in multiple functions including operations, sales, marketing, and general management, mostly in Latin America. He served Halliburton as Vice President in Latin America and Indonesia. He then worked for two E&P junior companies where he managed their overall businesses, being responsible for production, engineering, operations, and asset management. His next challenge was leading the business for TAM International, initially in Latin America and then including the US and Canada. TAM products and services included inflatable and swellable packers, and multistage frac completions.

Recently, he was recruited by Quintana Capital Group to serve as CEO of one of their portfolio companies in Argentina, Quintana WellPro, which is a mid-size rig contractor. He was at the helm of that company for four and a half years until the company was successfully sold. Francisco is a Petroleum Engineer from Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He also has a Certificate in Marketing from Texas A&M, and a Certificate in Digital Transformation from the University of California at Berkeley.
