Duties/Responsibilities:

• Implement E&P and ESG related data solutions in the Oil and Gas industry addressing customer challenges in a customer facing environment.
• Your duties will include analyzing customer requirements and designing, configuring, and testing solutions that will meet customer needs.
• Work together with a young and dynamic team of Petroleum Engineers, Data Analysts and Software Engineers to build and deliver our PetroVisor and EcoVisor solutions.
• Work on real customer-oriented problems and find creative solutions focusing on Production and Reservoir engineering.
• Responsible for conducting technical and functional discussions with customers to gather requirements and build solutions.
• Build and configure workflows including mapping data from source systems, data warehouse and data lakes using our products.
• Build and configure visualizations and dashboards using Power BI to meet customer requirements.
• Work with other data engineers, data ingestion specialists, and subject matter experts across the company to standardize methodologies.
• Contribute ideas towards the enhancements or modifications of functions and features to improve the product.

Education and/or Experience :

• Highly proficient in a customer facing environment involving project planning, design, development, testing and deployment of complex solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in petroleum engineering
• Knowledge in Geological Modelling, Reservoir Simulation & Production Modelling (Petrel, Eclipse, Prosper, GAP)  
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas Data Systems (Aries, P2, etc)
• Knowledge in IT and higher-level programming languages
• Knowledge in connection to data source and data integration  
• Affinity to Data analysis and Statistics
• Scripting/Programming Experience (eg. Python, SQL, etc)
• Power BI Tooling (Dashboards, Visualization)
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstratable project management experience

Additional Responsibilities

• Responsible for Project Management deliverables including but not limited to Project Scope Definition; Project Documentation, Reporting; Budget Management; Issues/Risks Management; Scope Creep and Stakeholder Management, etc.
• Excellent client management skills - responsible for managing client communication at all stakeholder levels.
• Ensure the project team proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains, and prioritizes project issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate.
• Interact with sales, customer success, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams.
• Act as a proactive leader, creating new ways of working, solutioning organization challenges, and fostering a team-first mentality.
• Mentor other implementation engineers, new hires as required. 

Education and/or Experience:
